Summary and Scope

Health care providers and clinicians of all sizes demand user-friendly experiences in order to elevate their suppliers to trusted partners. Bausch + Lomb’s is one of the world's largest suppliers of contact lenses, lens care products, pharmaceuticals, and other eye surgery products. Despite its long history of industry leadership in eye care and vision health, it could no longer rely on its legacy reputation for customer’s future loyalty. Our team partnered with the client to reimagined complex user journeys to improve critical customer needs to research, order, refill and replenish a variety of complex products with globally diverse considerations.

Two hundred and forty UX templates and components were designed and delivered for localization, accessibility, and screen responsiveness from a range of stakeholder feedback - including technical, product, customer service, warehousing and fulfillment teams.

A large catalog of highly configurable prescription options led to over one-hundred thousand possible SKUs. An fast and user-friendly ordering, configuration, replenishment and subscription experience was achieved through UI design and technical collaboration.
